• Understand product interest and improve the demo experience

Because this is a demo, we keep waitlist information only as long as needed to evaluate interest and contact you about early access. Demo game activity is not tied to real accounts and may be reset or deleted at any time.

We use only the storage needed to run the demo (for example, remembering your progress in a game round) plus basic, aggregate usage analytics so we can tell how many people tried the demo. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not build advertising profiles. You can block or clear cookies in your browser; the demo still works.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you gave us, or to remove you from the waitlist, at any time. Depending on where you live — for example under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or the GDPR — you may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising. To make a request, email admin@moore-digital.com. We respond promptly and will not discriminate against you for asking.

If you join the waitlist, we email you only about early access to Home Game. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also reply or email us to be removed.

10. Children's privacy

This demo is intended for real estate professionals and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security and location

Waitlist data is stored with reputable hosting providers using encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Data is processed in the United States.

12. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Any material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
