Home Game does not require you to create an account to play the demo. The waitlist form is optional and used only to gauge interest in early access.

4. Acceptable use

You may use this site to explore the demo, join the waitlist, and share feedback. You may not use the site to:

• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service
• Upload malicious code or interfere with site operations
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Use the demo for any unlawful purpose

Nothing on this site is real estate, financial, or legal advice. Listing details, prices, and game results are for demonstration purposes only and may not reflect actual market conditions.

6. Intellectual property

The Home Game name, logo, software, and design are owned by Moore Digital Holdings LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is" for demo purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moore Digital Holdings LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the demo.

8. Trademarks, MLS data, and fair housing

REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark of the National Association of REALTORS®. Home Game is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NAR, any local association, any multiple listing service, or any brokerage. The demo does not display live MLS or IDX data. Home Game is committed to the Fair Housing Act and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act; the service may not be used to target, exclude, or steer people based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other protected class.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
